Since the joining to this site ive wondered if theres certain pattern as to when users post comments.

How long should i wait before i start to worry, until anyone makes comments about my art? (Be it any section of the site)

Moved to discussion as it's... more of a discussion. 8D

And don't worry about not getting comments; especially if you're just beginning. People these days aren't very quick to give out comments, so unless a lot of people are seeing your work, comments will probably be minimal. I probably posted for a year or two before I started even getting a single comment per deviation on my dA page.

The main thing is just keep practicing and improving your artwork; as you increase in skill and popularity, you'll also begin increasing in comments. Perseverance and self-motivation are very important to a beginner artist, as they often feel that no one likes their stuff or they're no good, but that's simply not true. You're just not exposed enough yet, so keep consistently posting and practicing. :3

Patience is a virtue.

Heh thanks againg Andan :D You seem to comment most for me (of what ive seen.)

And yeah, it kinda takes patience but i am not really "beginner" anymore. Its funny that i have as much comments, and faves as much as 2 years ago! :gasp:
I guess thats what bothering me the most

OVER-RULED

Literally, i am not talking about DA, but rather this page now:

4 days as i understand it is still a pretty small time, but unfortunately my thread is moving down the line every day with ZERO comments (only wiews). I believe at this rate no matter what i post in "Art critique" or "In process" sections will simply remain invisible. Should artist with less experience get more critique than those who have done this for sayy over 5 years?
