We all know that nobody starts out good at art. We've all got to do something wrong and learn at some point how to do it right.
So where are some of the things that you've done in the past that you can look back on and think,
man, look at how bad I was back then.
While my artwork is still bad today, it's much better than some of the monstrosities I created back in 2007-2008 when I was still on this site.
Specifically, I decided to create another copy of my "Earth Dragon" logo for my 2-year anniversary at DeviantArt. Then, I rummaged through some of my old artwork, and lo and behold, what do I find except an older, 2008 version of said logo. So, I decided to let people see what this old logo looked like, although I decided in the end not to post it on DeviantArt simply because it was just
too hideous, even for my scrapbook.

2012 versionFunny thing about the Earth Dragon logo, actually... I created it because of this website. I decided that like NeonDragon, I wanted a dragon avatar/persona of my very own, so my 12-year-old self at the time decided to create a dragon based on another element (although not one on the periodic table). That was in 2006 (although whatever copy of the logo there was there is now permanently gone). I now use a miniature Earth Dragon to sign all my artworks.
