Looking at various picture on Wikipedia, it looks like a lot of wolves have kinda skinny legs... I don't know, though. I'm almost afraid to make the legs any bigger! If I make the little one's legs too muscular, they'll be close to the size of the bigger wolf's legs.
Unless you're looking at the feet. Those may need some work.
And I suppose I could beef up the back legs a tiny bit...
If you want a suggestion, so that you don't have to worry about messing up the image, I would say save two images of the same: the original and current one that people are giving suggestions on, and then another one to test the suggestions on. The second one will give you a general idea of what the image (altered using suggestions by other people) will look like. If it just doesn't look right, then delete it. All the while, the original image is still there. These are like testing images, if you want to call them that.
You could use everyone's suggestions, and not alter the previous image.
And I agree with the part about the paws; they do look small, now that I look again.
