I love the very first pic, you should definitely take that one further!

I really like how you draw different things and explore what you can do . You seem to have a very good grasp on drawing creatures but your humanoids don't look bad at all either! Keep it up .

Lhune Thank you muchly ^^ I have no idea as to how to work on the first image though :S It confuses me greatly, and I don't really have any experience with drawing let alone colouring backgrounds >.< I'll figure it out...eventually :P

New image I'm working on (I've really got to stop starting things when I have other things in production >.< but its so much fun XD)



This is for Ashiragirl, and its her wolf character Hluske :3 I haven't drawn a wolf in soooo so long, so I know there are problems with it, mainly with the hind legs I think. I don't think somehow that that is how they sit o.O
Other wise I'm pretty happy with it so far. Trying to figure out how to colour as I go along, which probably isn't a good idea as Ash has asked me to make this into a step by step tutorial type thingeh at the end XD How I am I supposed to describe how I did it if I just wing it? XD

Oeh, I like this one exceptionally (did I write that right?!) well! I like the colour, the print, the shading... You did a really good job on the fur. The onliest thing I see are the hind legs. They seem a little off to me...

I know what you mean Mith, her hind legs look more like they're suited to something like a dragon or...something XD
If anyone is willing to do red lines on it I'd be very greatful ^^

I think that your problem with the back legs is they are far too bald and too defined.

Wolves are just big balls of fluff, and especially their hindquarters have a lot of it. When sitting down, their upper and lower legs almost blend into eachother, leaving just an oval "disk" as their legs, much like you see with this lynx. Unfortunately I couldn't find a picture of a wolf sitting down, but the lynx provides a pretty good reference, just wolves are more poofy (they have thicker fur).

I tried red(black)lining a bit, but I think I'm tired or something, because I was actually having trouble with it xD.

I really can't say enough how this has helped XD I'll fix teh hind quaters tomorrow and update this :3

I did have a German Shepherd who looked very wolf like, but I had a lot of problems using her as ref as she was so incredably fluffy- it was impossible to tell what was what XD Couldn't find much on google either for ref either XD

I was trying to redline it, but then our holy Lhune was first. Better. My redlines were awfull. =) I'm sorry for my not so very kind last post, but I was pulled away by an angry mother, so...
