HALP! I need some guidence on the wings, and I really need help on scale direction, specifically from the belly to the back legs to the tail. Redlines would be UBER CULE! Thanks!

the direction of the belly scales seems ok to me so far actually, they just don't feel like they are going around the body. i'd suggest looking at pictures of snakes, or even drawing lines around a rolled piece of paper to figure out how scales would wrap around the body.
as for putting scales on the rest of the body, there is no wrong or right way, so you just need to try it till you find something that works for you.

here are some redlines. i really didn't see many problems with this except for the wing. sorry about giant white spot, forgot to crop image.

The wings look pretty good. The only thing I can see is that they don't look all that attached to the back there. Perhaps have some of the membrane attach to a lower point on the dragon's hip, having the spines on the back visible between the right and left wings...this will give it more depth, and make the wings have more unity with the body. Great work!

Have some red and blue lines.

Areas that you requested specifically to have help in are in blue. I dunno if the scale lines are helpful, I'm not that great at them.

Thanks for the lines, I apologize that I didn't reply sooner, but I though'd it would e-mail me, durhur. The wings are probably my primary focus as of right now, considering my problems with them. Thanks for the help and don't worry about the big chunk o' white!

Wow! That looks amazing! Thanks alot for the lines, they've showed me that my proportion might be a bit off as well, which is good, cuz now I can fix it! I also need to work on my legs, and the lines on the wings are really cool. Thanks again!

I love it, actually. 8D But:

-You might want to add the legs & wing on the right side too :D The feet will be a little higher up on the right side...perspective at work :3
-The wing muscles might need a little fleshing out ^___^
-He's pretty.
