I've been wanting to experiment with 3D programs for a while now, so I got myself the trial version of Zbrush to playwith. I read up on some tutorials and here's what I eventually came up with, a cat-inspired humanoid creature (completely built up from a basic sphere, so no cheating).

I suppose the most fun aspect of this program or 3D in general is that you can actually rotate your creation into any perspective, making it a lot easier to understand the 3D form when you're trying to draw it. I might attempt to sketch a character and model it later on, but I'm really going to have to read up on some more tutorials because I find myself getting stuck a lot. I guess I understand the basics, but looking at a couple of professional models and their complexity, I'm MILES away from what I want to be doing.
*goes to practise*
