Manga is a book style not an art style lawl. <3 Technically you drew yourself as an Anthro(?). Or perhaps because of the huge eyes like an Anime character. Perhaps what would help you more is if you studied realistic human anatomy and then go from there to stylizing it to well the Anime style.<3

Yes, i did, But I thought manga was also a style, since I have been studing that for a few days.

sorry if I got my info wrong, but for one thing I'm not all that realistic.

and I can not do that right now.

Yeah manga are anime books or well I like the words graphic novels better. Mostly read from right to left. Why not? It would definately help you improve your art skillz even more. Anyways good luck.

I have read one book known as cronicles of the cursed sword.

But stopped reading it because it did not help me on drawing whatsoever.

I do believe that's more of a 'furry' style ^^;
For manga I'd suggest looking at a few drawing books on real proportion, and maybe start out trying to draw the 'anime' style. Since it tends to be a bit more closer to real life. Once you've got real anatomy down I'd say wander into the manga style... since it tends to skew it a bit with all the bishoujo and bishounen surrounding it :)

Unless you're not interested in learning real anatomy take a gander on google for 'how to draw manga' J.Dillion has a pretty good one :)

It's about a person who can wield a magic sword, that can only kill demons. The more demons the person kills with the blade, the powerful the sword gets, it could even temporary take over the human body and it will do thing s that are inhuman.

and thanks Akeela for the advice. By the way, thats because I'm an anthro artist.

WOO!
Anthro ftw. :3

Looking at the same style over and over again can sometimes help to draw it better. Just like real life. You keep looking and studying it, drawing what you see, and you get better... and looking at something interesting and you like is always so much better :D
