This is a PG, Sometimes PG13 Forum:
Please stay within the bounds of this rating. These are forum's policies on the following:
- Nudity: bare breasts are fine if you are doing a life study/anatomy study, but nothing sexual is allowed. No full frontal nudity is allowed.
- Sexual Situations: Kissing is usually fine, groping and anything more than that will likely be not.
- Violence: Excessive and/or realistic gore and violence is not allowed.
If your work shows any nudity or a degree of violence and blood others may not like, please put an appropriate warning in your topic's title and post the image as a link.

Where to Post Your Work:
- If your work is polished and you consider it done, post it in Finished Artwork. Criticism may still be made unless you specify against it, but it is not expected that you will make edits to your work at this point.
- If your work is rough (such as a sketch) and you consider it done, post it in Works in Progress or Art Critique.
- If you want to post incomplete stages of your work but do not wish to receive critique, post it in Works in Progress.
- If you have a work in progress that you wish to get critique for, post it in Art Critique.
- If you are showing a succession of pages from your sketchbook or a series of rough studies, post them together in Works in Progress or Art Critique depending on how much you desire critique.
- If you want to show off your entire gallery, please post a link to it ONLY in the Links Forum.
Only one topic is allowed for a work, with the exception that the final product of something that was in WIP for Art Critique may go into Finished Artwork. If you are posting many works at once, please put them in the same thread in the appropriate forum. Threads may be moved without notice.

How to Post Your Work:
Please see the How to Post a Picture sticky, located in each art forum. Please post your picture as a link if it exceeds 800 pixels in width.

This Forum Encourages Constructive Criticism
Constructive Criticism means politely saying what you think is done well and why and what is wrong and how you think it could be improved. Insults or other mean comments are never OK. If you're unsure of how to give or receive critique, or just want to learn to make more meaningful comments, please read through our Critique Tutorial and the Comments Improvement thread.

Original Work Only:
When posting images in the art sections, you may post ONLY your own work. If you want your friend's work up on the board, ask your friend to register and post it themselves. Art theft IS NOT tolerated. Engaging in art theft is cause for a suspension of your account.

Bumping a thread:
"Bumping" is when you post on a thread purely to move it to the top of the page. It is only OK to do this when you have waited several days after the last update and no one has commented on your picture. This may only be done once per thread/update. It does not count as bumping if you double post in order to add more artwork to an existing thread. If you add updates to a thread by editing the first post, it is OK to bump the thread so that people know you updated. Please be polite when you bump.

No Harassment:
Do not harass other users via e-mail, private messages, instant messages, or forum posts. If you are caught doing so with the messageboards as your source, you will be promptly banned. If you feel a user has offended you or stepped out of bounds, do not retaliate. Report them to a forum moderator or the admin and they will be delt with.

It is alright to inform new users of rules they may have overlooked. However, only do this ONCE per issue/user, and if it continues, alert a moderator and she will notify the user. If you find someone breaking the forum rules repeatedly and grossly (ie, trolling), don't reply. Replies and returned harassment only encourage the problem. Instead ignore them in the forums and report them to a moderator or the admin. The moderators will take according action. The user will be warned by the moderator or admin and reminded of the rules in hopes that they will correct their behavior. If they do not, or if their offense was obviously of malicious intent, the user will be banned from the forums for no less then 90 days by the admin.
