Lately, my wacom bamboo fun tablet has been gltiching. It does an odd thing that makes the line all blobby. I've tried reinstalling the driver, and it didn't help any. Does anyone know a solution to this problem?

It's not like my tablet is a piece of junk now, since it only does this once in a while, it's just sort of annoying.

Hmm, looks as if your tablet registers a "click" every now and then when you're drawing a line. This could have to do with the sensitivity of your pen, have you tried playing around with it?

Also, have you tried using a different USB port? If reinstalling and updating the drivers didn't help, then it's either a problem inside your tablet or inside your computer.

I know that the problem is intrinsic to the tablet, because I use it between 2 different computers, and it has the same problem with both of them. I'll try messing with my tablet pressure preferences, but it might just be something that can't be fixed. Thanks for the advice

This is not an issue you should ignore though because it can affect your drawings in a horrible way. Maybe contact Wacom support? Send it back, have them test it, something like that.

If ur using photoshop with ur tablet u have to mess with the brush settings to get it just right.. because there are some settings that just tell it to click every few seconds and etc. try adjusting them in the brush pallate.

if your not using photoshop then ur computer might be lagging form what it looks like.. try drawing in paint and see if ur lines turn out smmoooth

I do use photoshop, however, I've been using exactly the same brush without any modifications since I got my tablet, and this problem has only started recently. Also, I know that it isn't the computer because I've tried it with a different computer and it worked fine there.

It's possible that one of the buttons on your pen is stuck? An old roommate had a tablet that didn't do exactly that, but it wouldn't work quite right, either. What had happened is the button on the side had gotten stuck in, and it would "click and hold" everything.

What it does look like, though, is a pressure sensitivity issue. If all else fails, you could draw without pressure sensitivity, but i'm not completely sure what would help fix the problem.
You can send a message to the Wacom people, and they may be able to help you. If your tablet it under warranty still, even better. good luck.
