I've got the Wacom Graphire 4 myself. It works perfectly fine for me and it's cheaper than the Bamboo, even at A5 size.

My sister haves this tablet, i tryed it before i got the bamboo fun i have now.

Its works fine yes, but the bamboo fun is more comfortable in use and i use the macro keys on it alot for zooming or switching layer.

Do any of these tablets work with GIMP, or all they just with Photoshop?

I've been wanting to get one myself for quite some time, but that may set me back a bit if it doesn't work with GIMP...

Tablets will work with any software. Think of it just like a mouse, it does nothing more than control the cursor on the screen; except in a tablet's case, it also can detect pressure and tilt and such, depending on the tablet you get.

Now, there is a chance that the software won't be able to take advantage of the tablet (for instance, I doubt GIMP has tilt sensitivity, but Photoshop does), but you can find that out before you buy the tablet.

I own a Bamboo Fun Wacom Tablet and so far I love it. They are very cheap and very useful and mine came with like, 4 different programs such as Photoshop, so I definately recomend it. (by the way, I got the small size and I don't think it is any different than the medium size except the small fits next to my computer better)
