Being ignored or just forgotten?

Hello everyone, Anuojat here.

Ive recently come to realize how littl attention has been given to my art as of late. I draw alot of things, both digital and traditional.

And while i enjoy the drawing and art itself, being ignored as much as ive been (on DA and here) it reeeeeally starts to take damage, now i amnot here to whine but openly as for suggestions from all fo you who have attention or who were once in my situation. Advice and perhaps...

...guidelines as to take with my art. ITs nice to draw and i enjoy creating my books world on paper in any medium, but the undeniable lack of genuine constructive critiques and attention are severly depressing. Please, dont ignore me. I dont want to go EMO, Ever. :disappointed:

I'm not ignoring you. I just have nothing to say... I'm only fourteen and I'm only a few years into doing art... If I had stuff to say I would... Your art is amazing!

I felt like that too once. Just a few months ago. It was really depressing to me too. I hope I can comment on your art more.

I not really sure how to get out of it. But I think you should just try to wait it out. That's kind of what I did. Or maybe try to post lots more work?

Hey man, I still check your thread when I have the time, only I've just started college so I'm a tad busy right now, and the forums just coming out of a summer lull, which is why we've not been as busy

Ahhh my thanks, i didnt know i have few people who remember me. (then again my chatting skills are not most vast there have ever been)

Try posting your artwork to different groups on deviantART. I had one picture go from 2 favorites before I posted it to a club to 60+ favorites after I posted it to 6 clubs. It makes a huge difference as long as you don't post to insanely active clubs (1000+ members; too many people so you'll get overlooked) or insanely inactive clubs (less than 50 members; not enough people).

Edit: Oh, and I've pretty much left the neondragon forums, so that's why you haven't seen me around lately.

My thanks for the advice, ive heard about this recetly and i will certainly put it to use once i have the time :D

kind of experiancing the same thing, i just came off a short hiatus( computer broke so my tablet didnt work) only to find this forum very dead :/
