NDA Art Critique Message Boards

Alright, well, I guess I will post something here as well.

I'm not entriely new here as I have been on the forum for about 2 months but I just started being active this last month. I have been drawing since I was 9 but I didnt get serious about my drawing ability until last year when I realized that there were people my age... Lhune...*cough*...that were very good at drawing. I also bought Neon's books and came here as a result to see the artistic community at work and to get help with all my various problems.

A lil about me:

I am the oldest child in a family of six (I think?). I have a twin brother and neither of us cares to ask who's older so I am not sure if I am the oldest, but I will say I am anyways. I am currently going to college studying to become an Architect, so drawing sorta comes into the field. If anyone has any other questions, I don't mind chatting and making new friends.

Okay- well I guess this a good place to become a very active person {or not all depending}
I am a very loyal person to the people I hold dear to my heart- even although a few of them I seem to always somehow get into a fight.
I constantly push myself to do my best, even if it is bad for me to be pushing myself at the time.
I love drawing dragons ^^ {honestly, besides my random nonrealistic art, its all I can draw well {besides human hands! ^^ and eyes lol.}
I'm the oldest of 8 children{counting me}. I live with only 5 of them. A brother, and the rest female. -.-
I'm also a walking death trap/plague/virus whatever XD.
I'm addicted to Roleplaying.{even have my own site}
I see the aoura {mood color} of people and sometimes- objects.
Anyway if you want to know anything else just ask ^^
Oh..By the way- I'm kinda{HUGELY} blunt.
and two things I have forgotten-
1) Ryan reynolds is SMEXY!
2)Yes...I do enjoy reading about nazis and world war II.It facinates me ^^

Remember that while this is a thread for new users to tell us a bit about themselves, it should really only be, "a bit".

Life stories, tragedies, medical facts, and other personal information is better kept for private conversations for two main reasons:

1. Revealing too much information can be perceived as a desperate attempt at getting attention, and theres enough drama on the internet without us all knowing everyone else's innermost secrets. So please keep things like that private, only between close friends and such.
2. This is an art forum, generally directed at a younger audience. So talking about really mature things is a no no. The boards should be a place to just chill out and have fun, not spill secrets and have depressing conversations.

And remember that I'm being general here. This isn't scolding a specific user, merely correcting an error and stating why so that drama can be avoided in the future.

If anyone has any questions regarding this, feel free to PM me or one of the other mods.

So, just bear it in mind, and enjoy the forums!

I'm new, so far I just whent to stuff under random topics. I like to draw, although not real good. I am tring to use gimp, that is a failure. I go to a magnet school, with all kinds of people cough nerds cough cough, one of which was on the site, how I heard of it even though I had that book that comes with the paint by neon. I guess that is enough.

New to the boards, found through the Peffer books. Former scientific illustrator looking to do more fantasy artwork. Already impressed by the requested guidelines set for constructive critiques. Very nice.

Oh, well, not so much an intro as it is an 'old friend come back after a long time' kinda thing. Most of you might not remember me, but that's alright!
Anyway, it's Moony from the old NDA. It's nice to be back, so far anyway, and I've browsed a bit, seen some awesome new art from old and new members!

Hi I'm new, well sorta. I was on NDA a long time ago and have been back and then left for a while again, so now I'm back :/

Hurm lets here, I enjoy drawing people, dinosaurs, dragons and various other mythical critters. I've been drawing for a while but still have alot to learn, mostly reguarding anatomy and proportions etc. I'm really trying to improve my digital art abilities, so most of what I'll post up here will be done via wacom tablet (that and my scanner refused to work with my computer as long as my tablet is installed*facepalm*)

Alright, I guess I'll finally post here. I've been lurking since I made my account.

New to the forums, but not really new to the NDA site in general. I've been drawing on the oekaki boards for about.. 5 years (since 2004) I do a lot of fanart because... I'm not really good at anything else. At the moment I'm trying to buckle down and develop many aspects of my artwork, but of course that's not really going too well (High expectations and getting side tracked all the time loooooool)
Umm what else. I'm currently 17 and looking into colleges, which is kind of freaking me out.
Annnd... I think that's all I'll say for now.
