Here's a link to an anthro I drew:
http://inejwstine.deviantart.com/art/Kaladek-sketch-157140960

I'm pleased with how it turned out, but I'm sure it still needs work. I'm still learning about anatomy and stuff, so any crits, redlines, suggestions, etc. would be appreciated.

Things I can see myself right off are the position of his head; it's a little too far to the right. Also, I think his chest might be a bit too big compared to the rest of his body. Let me know what you think, and if there's anything else that needs work. Thanks!

Nice Anthro! I would say that his chest is at a very strange angle to his neck and head - apart from that I really like it, especially the feet! :J

Thanks!
I think I see what you mean. It would probably be more natural at a more 3/4 angle, no? I'll have to work on that...

It's a really neat anthro! I like lizard anthros... He seems like a cool character, but I can give you redlines on a few things if you want. Just let me know! 8D You seem to be headed in the right direction.

Thank you! I would love some redlines if you'd feel so obliged! :amused:
And thanks, I've been working on drawing the human figure. I've been practicing a lot, so it's nice to see some improvement once in a while.

I'll be busy a lot of the day, but I should get some spare time tonight to whip up some redlines for it! I'll see what I can do... :-)

Sure, whenever you have the time is fine with me. I'll keep practicing in the mean time.

Gh! Sorry for the wait, I was gonna get to it last night but the main computer was occupied. >:I And that's the one with photoshop...

Here we are! What I did is generally went over the neck, shoulders, and chest a bit. You had the right idea, but it just looked a little off. Thicker neck, sliiightly narrower chest, not such wide-set shoulders, somewhat more muscular arms. I also went over the pectorals a little and kind of went over the abs, but to be honest I suck at abs so for those you may want to find real refs. :-m I also made the legs a little longer and went over the feet, but do the feet however you want because I can only really do paws. XD I also just laid out the loin cloth differently so it drapes over the left leg a bit more.

I also altered the hand and arm poses some and went over the face so that the bit above his eye makes an angry-eyebrow kind of thing. It already did that before, though, to an extent - I just wanted to make him look even moar serious! >:3

Mmkay, I've got an updated version:

http://inejwstine.deviantart.com/#/d2q7s2r

Much improved (thanks to Atomic Soldier! :j )
I can't quite get his expression right though. I wanted him to look very angry, but all I could manage was something that looked mildly peeved. As you can see, I tried redoing it, but something's still off, and I'm not quite sure what. As always, critiques/suggestions are appreciated!

Edit: Oh skittles... I just realized I forgot his tail! :embarrassed: Um... for now, just pretend that it's strait out behind him!)

N'other Edit: Okay, he has his tail now.
