I like your new picture! Not much that I can critique, except maybe you should add more muscle definition (tis a mighty dragon!). I compared it to your older picture and it is definitely better! Though I did like the fur running down the entire back of the older pic. ^^

You have a weekly comic? I can't believe I missed that! ><

Thank you! Yeah, the fur is fun to draw and even funner to look at, but I don't think a desert-dwelling dragon would appreciate so much fluff. XD Something I didn't really think through the first time. I probably should give the thing more MAHSCLE, but then again maybe it's a particularly wimpy specimen! We never know! I might tinker around with that later.

And yes! I have a weekly comic! 'Tis in my sig, you can click that link there! World in Flames! (And if you want to see art before I post it here or on dA, I put up vote incentives on TWC! You can find the link in the sidebar at the bottom of the WiF site...)

Ah, yes, Isuppose a desert dragon wouldn't want too much fur! >< I suppose he could be wimpy, but he doesn't seem like it. Then again, tis your dragon, not mine, so it is your decision.

I shall check out your comic. It sounds intriguing.

Thanks for checking it out! It updates Sundays, but a lot of Sundays you may have to wait a bit for the update, depending on where you are. I'm on Pacific time, so "morning" for me is late morning - early afternoon for everyone else in the US. XD

Also, I'll have a new picture up once I change out the vote incentive... hopefully that'll be today.

New pic!

Doesn't Mind The Solitude is an actual shot of human Faustulus... finally, without another character in the picture! I don't think it's bad and I'm not going to make any changes to it, but I do notice a few things I don't like about it.

Feel free to point out what you do/don't like about it! I'm open to suggestions and tips for later use...

Also, the vote incentive for my comic has updated, and you can vote to see it. I'll put that picture up when I change the incentive, though.

I like the picture a lot, though I haven't met that character yet. I read through some of your comic. Really interesting! I only got to the beginning of Chp. 4, due to time strains, but I plan on reading the rest soon! Good job. I don't think I could do a weekly comic. :)

Weekly comics are really only fun if you like the story and the characters personally. Otherwise it's pretty lame unless your friends and family are willing to read it. XD As another comic artist summed it up, a page takes a week to draw and three seconds to read! There's all too much truth in that... :why:

If you only got to the beginning of chapter 4, then you aren't missing too much. I'm only a few pages in!

And which picture are you referring to? The one I linked to, or the vote incentive? If it's the picture of Faustulus, you'll see him in another chapter or so. He's a Kirsaian... one of the people who can turn into dragons in the comic. He's a good guy, though...

Hehe, guess it's just like writing a book. If you don't enjoy the story, neither will your audience. XD
Glad I'm not missing too much yet! I'll read what's left soon.
I'm talking about Faustulus. Really, he can turn into a dragon!? That's really cool! Awsome! *sigh* Wish I could do that... :-[

"Hard Proposition", "Fierce Loyalty", and "Peaceful Conversation" all showed a bit of Faustulus's dragon-form. 8D It's amazing how a five-and-a-half-foot blind man can turn into a fourteen-foot blind animal and only be slightly more intimidating. XD

As a matter of fact, the green dragon I put up earlier was also a Kirsaian in his dragon form - he was just a generic, though. And a different race. Two races! Southerners are desert-dwellers and Northerners live in the arctic and tundra.

I think it would be awesome to turn into a dragon, but only if it was small enough so that I didn't like, fall through the floor or something. XD Architecture limitations FTL. :-m

Haha! Yes, it would not be fun to fall through the floor as a dragon! Especially if their were people under you! XD
Two races. I'm not too suprised. It makes plenty of sense to me, but perhaps that's because I've read plenty of fantasy.
Well, blind dragons do some how seem a little less frightening. Unless they can find you just as easily! Then it's more frightening 'cause you can't hide from them! >__<

Unless you're being ridiculously LOUD, Faustulus probably couldn't find you too easily as a dragon! XD He's not only blind, but his obscenely flat nose gives him a lower-than-average sense of smell. Which is actually good in some cases, until he picks up a piece of bread or something that's far past its prime... :-P Then he remembers what a downside it is. Right after he takes a chomp out of it.

Also, The Old Hunter! Bulky old-man wolf with spear! Finally finished that fur! Woo-woo!
