I'm a fan of streamlining things. DA was getting pretty clunky and for someone just joining the site, could be difficult to use. I didn't like how the pictures would enlarge instead of just taking you to the page. (it looked cool, but it glitched on me a lot where the enlarged thumbnail would remain and never load the actual image.) When I logged in today it stopped doing that.

Ah hello, I decided to randomly pop my head in (: is funny to see how alot of the faces here have changed. I barely every have time to use DA. I logged in for the first time in the while a week ago and I was like "wtf?" I don't wabt to have to relearn how to use the website, also there are alot of problems. For instance, where is the search bar? It used to be so convenient but now I have to go to the homepage to use it. I think what they had before was better. I wasn't thrilled. I can learn to use it, but there are some "annoying errors" that need fixed.

To have the search bar constantly there, go to the dropdown arrow next to the the deviantart logo and click the stick menu. Then the search bar will constantly be there. You can also customize it. Then if you go to the messages arrow and click splinter, all your messages will be separated and you can tell what messages you got. That fixes some of the issues some people have been having.

I'm getting used to it now. Apart from the picture blurring, I like it! XD

It does get annoying when the picture blurs. But I find that the pictures are loading much quicker now, and I haven't seen anymore of those 'failed' full view attempts, either, which is a big improvement

I see a lot of those. The pictures are loading slowly for me, too. And when I full-view them, they overlap the Artist's Comment and the topmost comments, and they are blurry for almost thirty seconds before adjusting themselves. Sometimes they don't adjust and are blurry in fullview, and then I have to reload the page.

Hmm...this doesn't happen to me anymore, though. I wonder why?

I, personally, Love it.

I'm actually kinda getting mad at those who WHINE. I can understand stating the "I don't like it because..." And they give a reason, but I keep seeing journals about "I don't like it" and they give no explanation or reasonable explanation as to WHY they do not like it.
I think it is more organized, sure, there a few back problems, but nothing is perfect. Either way, they are doing a pretty good job and doing the best they can to make viewing art and showing it a lot easier. DA FTW.
