I normally, if I want less smudging, take some cheap hair spray and spray the picture with it..

Or I take an ink pen and ink it... But you have to be careful with ink pens... They are tricky.

Cheap hair spray? Cool! But, once you spray it, does that allow you to erase anything? Though on the other hand, I suppose if one is willing to erase, they could just clean up the smudging with an eraser. Thanks for the tip!

Ink pen? Is that anything special in particular? Normally I use a ballpoint pen to do everything (traditional art ineptitude, deeerp) but ballpoints can be a little faulty - like, not put down ink when you want 'em to. Inking's hard.

Yes, I figure no deer satyrs but Caribou would have antlers (both male and female caribou have 'em in real life, but I can't think of another deer that does!) but Cernuune can get away with it, being... well, you can probably guess what she is. Not just a "she", haha.

No, he rules over the real enemies. The Vampires are relatively unimportant. The South Kirsaians are the real monsters behind the wars (this one and several previous ones) and Nohtaz is the real monster behind the South Kirsaians.
God of fire and passion (which encompasses both love and hate), and the creator-god of the South Kirsaians.

Sorry for the lack of art and activity in general, but I've been working on updating the World in Flames layout which should be done soon... and I've also been trying to make an up-to-date Kirsaian ref! There was one a while ago for Northerners, but I never got to a Southerner one and I think one together will get the job done fine. That's not done yet either.

I'm preparing for a convention that will be the end of this month or the very beginning of next, but I'll try to have SOMETHING. Maybe I can pass off the new WiF layout as a work of art.

Also, yeh, the batlike wings cape is supposed to be more like dragon wings. In the comic, "vampire" is used interchangeably with "human", mostly as a derogatory term. They are creepers, though.
