currently, im drawing out the picture with pencil, scaning them, and coloring them useing the program paint.net... if you have any other methods i could try out that would be great :D

I like all your anime charters! Their eyes are really cool. The few things i would have to say is that the first one seems to be missing a little bit of depth around the mussel. Now that might just be me . The last two are my favorites. The white one's really cool. You made the white realistic enough but still added enough blue and stuff to make it realistic. Great Job!

All of these seem to be finished pieces of art. Are you willing to go back in and work on them, or was this more of a "here they are" finished art post? (I ask because I may move this thread to the finished art section.)

There are lots of ways to draw and color, so I'm having a difficult time suggestion "THE" way to do things, since it varies greatly from artist to artist. I know that there are lots of digital art programs to choose from, and hundreds of ways to do things within each of those programs!

im more than willingto go backand edit; ive got no problem with going back and improveing things i may have once called "finished art". thats just part of how i role i will go back and fix things if/when people comment on things that could be made better, not sure if i will post them though.... and thanks both of you

I suggest you use colour rather than the burn & dodge tool if thats what your using to shade and highlight. Using colour on a low opacity brush works twice as well as the burn/dodge tool
