I'm sorry for my ignorance (I'm new with drawings) but what are the red lines?

They show where I would change it. It helps in anotomy and stuff. :)

^^ Thanks for the explanation :) And jwindjackal, thank you for your help. I'll change the drawing now with your red lines and it will look better for sure

You're welcome! Glad I could be of assitance. Your new dragon is good, in fact all of your dragons are very good. One thing I've noticed throughout these pics though is that the perspective you draw their heads in tends to be slightly off. I'm not sure how to fix it, but I'm sure there's a tutorial somewhere for it. Just some food for thought though. If you cna perfect the head angles of your dragons, they'd be near perfect.

Thanks. I'll try to fix the angle on the next one, it's just something I gotta work on now :) That's the most annoying bit for me, the head, for some reason there's always something wrong with it (in my prespective)

I really like this new one. If its a confrontation though I have a few tips.

1) Maybe have them look at eachother, after all, if your not looking how are you going to dodge those giant sharp teeth and claws? :3

2) As you get better at drawing down the road, try working with open mouth poses, and work on trying to convey emotions through the face of your character. I don't really know that I have room to talk on this one, I don't do it often either, but it'll really bring your drawings to life.

Now for some positives, I feel like all I do is give you critiques, when there are a lot of things I really love. Your details on the spine of every dragon is phenomenal. Keep it up its great! I also like your nostrils on the dragons, as well as the little line of scales you put on him. (:

Anyway, keep up the good work!

Thanks jwindjackal, don't worry about the critiques, I made my thread in this part of the forum because I wanted to get better and I need critiques for that :) Well, I'm glad you liked the spine and the nose of the dragons, my next objective will be to draw them with their mouths opened and try to give them a proper expression (probably the hardest bit), but really, I do aprecciate your help. Keep it coming :)
