Yes i was. Mrs Koehn wouldn't let us draw with out an instrument to use.

I must of caught the avatar bug cause i have no idea why i drew this.
But i'm proud this is my first Na'vi and humanoid i've ever done. i'll admit i did not use a refrance. Only redline the Face and hands/feet please cause these are the only things i would like to change

I've changed the position of the Ikran, i'm making (or trying to) make it look like its bigger than her and has just landed. Toruk is in the background hunting and the Na'vis mate is somewhere in there :D

Still working on it. One kind deviant who can draw Na'vi really well is doin some redlines on the hands and feet

its supposed to be Lily the Longwing dragon out of Naomi Novik's book Temerarie
And a WIP for an Art request. no redlines mainly becuase i am not going to re-edit it

but critiuqe is nice cause i may do this pose again

The last one is not so bad, I think the main problem you were having is within the fire right? Try looking up some tutorials of fire, might help ya out ^^ I dunno.. I really like hte (It's a cat thing with wings? I dunno) Very nice ^^ Keep it up Fellow Arteest!

I had problem with the highlights, the fire was acctualy really fun to do!^^
The cat thing is a Faerie Kougra off neopets. i dont like it either :(

and a flat colour image of the draik i'm applying for. i accidentally saved over the flat colour image so i cant shade it but here it is anyway i used it on this refrance
