Part 9!!! Finally!

The trucker slammed on his brakes and blared his horns. The semi’s trailer swung to the side, causing cars to collide with it and other cars. The trailer broke free of the truck, which was having trouble stopping and still heading toward me. I put my arms over my face and waited for the worst.
The worst came quicker than I suspected. Apparently a nearby cop had raised an emergency speed bump out of the street using a control panel somewhere. Technetium City has special features like that all over town, such as speed bumps, hidden cameras, and in some areas, large news screens attached to the sides of buildings.
I hit the bump like a ramp and flew through the air, directly over the semi-truck. I completely hurdled it and landed on my feet, but the rockets kept me going. I looked back to see that the semi had hit the speed bump and tipped to its side. Cars were wrecked everywhere, and I still couldn’t stop. I was having a bad day.
I turned to see a Hispanic man with a hotdog cart crossing the road. I collided with the cart, but kept rolling. Behind me, the salesman was yelling angrily in Spanish.
I gave up trying to stop, and was now attempting to steer. I managed to turn right, heading back toward the Industrial District. It was a good thing, I really needed to get to a less populated area, for both my and the people’s sake.
I glanced back to see that two police cars where in pursuit of me. Great, just what I needed.
“Pull your… feet over!” A loud speaker on top of one of the cars blared. I couldn’t tell them hat I couldn’t stop. I was a sitting… rolling duck.
It was then that I got an idea. If I could pick up radio stations, could I pick up police radios too? I began searching for a signal. I managed to get a trucker radio signal, but kept looking. Finally, I got it.
“Looks like we’ve got a runner. We could use back up over here!” One of the cops said. Meanwhile, I reached up and pressed a button on my left ear, turning on a microphone.
“Um… Excuse me officers,” I spoke into the microphone, “This is the guy that you’re chasing. I know I’ve caused a few, problems, but I can’t shut off the skates! I’m out of control. If you could help me, it would be greatly appreciated.”
“Wha— Hey kid, how’d you get on this frequency? Bah, never mind, but what do you want us to do about it?” Another officer spoke.
“I don’t know, maybe you could— WAH!”I was cut short as I collided with yet another hotdog stand. I kept rolling.
“Sorry kid, but you’re too much of a hazard for this city. We gotta stop you, one way or another.”
I looked ahead to see a large barricade of police cars, armored vehicles, and SWAT vans. Officers lined it all, every one of them with their hand guns ready. I glanced back to see that there were now five cars trailing me.
“FIRE!” Someone shouted into the radio. Immediately, bullets flew through the air. A few hit me, but bounced off.
“Are you crazy?! You’re gonna shoot each other!” I screamed into the mic. As soon as I finished my sentence, one of the police cars’ engine blew up. And the car collided with another beside it. I looked ahead to see that, to my horror, a few officers were dropping dead. I was really having a bad day.
A few more seconds and I would meet the barricade. I glanced around franticly. In front of me was the barrier of vehicles. To my rear were three speeding police cars. To my left and right were the walls of factories. I had nowhere to go, but up.
I jumped.
