@Drag: That brought a smile to my face. Although, I'd like to point out that I think what you're getting at is a reading maturity level. You sound like you read a lot of good literature so therefore have a lessened opinion of the Twilight books. In many ways I agree with you, but if Twilight (for some unknown reason) floats the boats of squeely teen girls, we can't yell at them for it. Sure it's irritating, but it's their take on the book.
Understand also that I do agree with you on many points and contradictory to my precious posts I really don't like the book anymore but I do like a good argument. I can type all day. >:D

@Silver: Wait, you mean you did read the whole book, not just the first five pages? Drat...I think that may cancel my previous post's standing...well you're allowed your opinion, I won't hold it against you.

By the way, has anyone picked up the author's new book 'Host'? I've heard it's good but haven't read it.

I've seen that in stores, and (to me) it didn't look too good.

Ive ead parts of it , it is interesting in its own way, sure its not the best book ever, but could half of us do better, i mean when was the last time you published four bestsellers, on e of which became a movie. She deserves her props.

I don't necessarily hate of dislike it. I will read those books, but I promise that I won't become a crazy fanatic. There are people I know who have a different Edward Cullen shirt for practically each day of the year!!

I dunno, I think the author is becoming a bit big-headed. There was a girl who wanted to ask her a question about the book but she just brushed her aside, apparently. She also said in an interview that if Edward showed up on her front door step, she would leave her husband and never look back, in which he replied with a sarcastic ''You do that, Steph,'' and she took it as if he was giving her the okay. o.O

Some of those fans are really starting to scare me as well. *shudder*

I haven't read The Host though, although I heard it was better.

Dragged my way through the first book because my sister said it was amazing. I don't hate it - I just don't like it. Plus the fangirl bandwagon is getting insanely irritating.

Though my sister (who's read them all and loved them) said the movie was awful. So at least that's one thing we agree on!

I also disliked the movie.

I think that their next movie New Moon might get a bad reveiw... I heard it wasn't like the book either, but it's just a gut feeling about the reveiw thing... Hey anything can happen! Although my feelings are usually right.... any way the only part I'm looking forward to is the wolves and I don't even think that will be full proof. Anyway the reason for that is because I Love Wolves!! In fact I just got called a wolf girl today. Mesa Happy! ^_^
