Hello,

"recently" ive come across to deal this problem of mine of not being able to finish a drawing.

That said, i usually start to draw, get frustrated few times but if i am in the mood il get going nicely.

BUT then comes the middle chapter, the most boring, lack of inspiration perioud of drawing a picture. The picture starts to lose interest and in a while its nearly forgotten. I MAY get motivation the next following days, but the idea of having to spend long time with new picture knowing that at one stage there comes a point of slowdow is :( and :( and once again :(

Any ideas on how to keep inspirational mood while drawing, so it wont go "unfinished" or lack the content it COULD still have?

Well... the reason things go unfinished is not because you lack inspiration; it's because you don't finish them. If there's an unfinished piece of art on your desk, sit down, grab your pencils, and finish it. Simple as that.

As for motivation, you have to kind of train your mind. I've noticed that, at least for me, I'll feel really unmotivated to do like... anything; paint a picture, go to class, practice piano, anything. But, I've discovered that, even when I don't feel like doing something, after I actually start doing it it becomes a lot of fun.

So, in short: Just do it.

Yeah i know that feeling and that way too. :)

The problem may have its roots on the fact that i feel uncertain if i REALLY like do draw that picture. I begin to dout my interest for the sake of douting. My short: I dout if i like something which ive already started drawing.

PS. You could just ask me to use my feelings; do i feel good when drawing it or not? The Answer: I am uncertain if me feeling good is just illusion.
This "do i or dont i want to draw?" speculating is getting slowly on my nerves...

Don't think about whether or not you like it. Put some music on and just draw. Don't judge a piece until you're finished with it. Don't think to hard about it, if you really want to draw you'll find yourself doing it naturally, if you don't you'll find yourself always begrudging the time spent with a pencil in your hand. Don't analyze your feelings. Finish a drawing and then decide, was that worth the time? or was it a waste? If it was a waste, maybe try doing something else?

That's all I can really say...
