The Immortals series by Tamora Pierce is a good series (only 4 books). They're aimed at young teenagers, but I still enjoy them. I've heard her 'Song of the Lioness' (or something) series is pretty good too, but I've never got around to looking for them.

Bedlams Bard books from Mercedes Lackey are nice too, they're more... modern Fantasy? Busker turns Bard, has to save the elves of Sanfran or something... been a while since I've read them, but they're good fun.

Pity, I've already read all those books. I read to much. Thanks for the suggestions though! :amused:

Um lets see.. Did you read Dracula. It's a great classic fantasy book.
Uh the Dark Elf Trilogy is a good one. Umm.. What the freak did I just read. Ummm Birdwing was good.<3 I've read so many books. I'd have to go into my bookshelf to even tell you a bunch. But those were some of my most reason books. Ok ^^

Speaking of classics: Frankenstein by Mary Shelly was a rather good book. It looks like you read waaaay more than me, though, so you've probably read that, too. I don't think I could come up with any good fantasy book for you. But, definitely read the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, as suggested before.

Oh, have you read the Dragonlance series (trilogies)? I dropped it 75% of the way through because of high school getting in my way, but those are good books.

I've read Dracula. I've also read Birdwing. I haven't read the Dark elf trilogy. I will read it if my library has it. :amused:
I haven't read Frankenstein. I hate to admit this, but classics... are not my favorite genre. :embarrassed: I have read some of the Dragonlance books.
I have the Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy on request at my library. :amused:
Thanks for all the suggestions!

Am I the only one who mislikes it when humans and dragons are in the same book? With dragons usually being thought of as either mounts or beasts? o-o

Depends on the book. Sometimes I agree with you on that, Dragon. It all depends on how the author portrays dragons. :amused:

It just irks me when dragons are considered intelligent but unable to vocally communicate, or are bestial and considered very evil.

-sighs-

I can't wait until I get the courage to send my manuscript in...all my friends are 'threatening' me already.

A series that I have fallen in love with--is Mercedes Lackey's Bedlam Bard series.
It's an urban fantasy--and honestly, there is just not enough books like it out on the shelves. Really incredibly captivating.
I'm a huge character person--and if I don't like the characters, I have a hard time enjoying the plot. But man, these characters are ones close to my heart <3

I highly, highly recommend it. Serious with fitting humorous parts, it's just excellent.

It almost makes you believe it's all real, somehow.

EDIT: oooh ffffs, PARGILE. XD

I already read the Bedlam Bard series, I'm afraid. Thanks anyways! :amused:
(I've read way too many things, which is why I need suggestions.)
