xD You know what's funny? I didn't even do much with the hair I just used that watercolor tool because I didn't really feel like shading it. Hmm.. maybe I can work on that technique though in the future.

Gosh, when i first saw your drawing i was like "What, Dence-the-sylcoe is leaving!!!!!!" and then i read your comment and found out it was only for a few days, I am really glad i would miss you if you left =)

Her eyes seem a little dark (the skin around them, imean), but that is probably the way the actress(?) looked.
Very lovely job with the shading, all around. I admire your use of monochrome. If you wanted to go that one step further with your drawing, you could try adding some definition to the hair and eyebrows, some strands here and there. :)

I love the green-to-red gradient on your dragons head! it looks so cool. the purple mountains in the background and neat too, but i do think the bottom colors look too pointy. Maybe if you started with the lightest purple, and then added the darker colors on top it would mesh better.
Pretty nice job with the sky, too. :)

That yellow is so vibrant and amazing! And all the depth and detail in/under it looks so great. I'm not sure what this is a reference too, but it looks very fantastical and neat.

I think the chibi looks okay. Not bad at all. He's a little lop sided though: one foot is bigger than the other, and so is one of his arms/hands, it seems like. You could try balancing things out, next time. And i'd also like to see some shading. Try the pen or pencil tool, or if you're using one layer, just outline the part you want to shade, with the pencil tool, then fill it in with the fill tool, so that you can get some nice cell shading going on.
I would suggest using a less pink/purple color for the skin, maybe a bit more orangy, but not too orange.
The background looks really great, though, i agree. I especially like the little twinkly stars. Very nice job. :)

Very neat character/creature. I'm a little confused about the black and white striped thing withthe green dripping off of it... Is that its tongue? It would make sense if it were, but i think the teeth are closed to tightly for that to be possible. Unless it's got a gap someplace on the side of it's mouth there. :P
I like the purple rabbits foot/pendant around it's neck, and the ruby earring is cool, too.
I also like the bright pink inner ears: it gives a lot of lovely color to an otherwise pretty black-and-white creature (Excluding the eyes, of course. :3 )
