I really like what you've done here. The wings look absolutely fantastic. There are some parts in the lineart, for example, the arm across the leg), where you could clean up a bit, but it doesn't look that bad, just sketchy.
Her neck, though, looks very awkward. I don't that angle is fully possible. Maybe if the neck was shorter or more upright rather than sticking straight out like that, it would look more realistic. I think her feet and hands may be too big, too.
I really do like how you did her hair, and i think the shading looks really good.

hmmm hmm constructive criticism
i think what really bugs me the most about this picture is the wings and the neck and where the position of her head is.
and okay, really the whole thing. not that i'm trying to be offensive or anything - but i think you could've done better overall?
the neck stretches out too far for my tastes, and the angle of the head isn't crooked enough to show that little amount of right eye. (our left eye)
i think i don't like the feathers because they all end up trying to get into the middle of the actual wing itself. i think they all shoot up at an angle? :/
those arms of hers look really long compared to her actual body length if you compared. the hat she is wearing is quite small for her head, to be honest. and her ears do not go above the middle of the human eye. ~
the background kind of hurts my eyes because it is so blurry except for the faint outline of the city back there. maybe define the background a bit more?
I MEAN I REALLY LOVE THIS PICTURE, I'M JUST SAYING YOU COULD DO BETTER? ;______; please don't get mad at me or anything for telling you your anatomical flaws.

thank you so much for you criticisms i really appreciate you taking your time to write these long responses. Bonbon i cant be mad at someone for giving me what i asked for. I didn't really notice the weird anatomy before, but now that you mention it it dose look wonkey. thank you
