These are getting better and better. Very nicely done. I like the work on the eye's the bridge of the nose, and the nostril. Next time i would suggest eyelashes and a bit more detail in the brows, but otherwise, this is looking fabulous.

This is really good, I agree! Eyelashes would help. Also, next time when doing eyebrows, remember that the hair grows away from the nose (to the outer edge of the head) and not straight up. One last thing that would makes this even better, add some shadow to the top of the eye ball, remember that the eyelid does cast a slight shadow to the eye. This is amazing work though, The colors are great, I wish I could do color :P. But yes, definitely keep it up, your really good!

Thanks for the tips. Trying not to sound snooty when I say this, but I know those things, however I didn't apply them for whatever reason. The reference I used was rather low quality and I stuck to it a bit more than I should have, so that might explain it.
