In that case, I would like to throw in the hands.
Since dragons have to support all their weight on their hands/feet, I would think they would be beefy and strong so they don't tremble and collapse beneath the heavy load. Your fingers look a bit too fragile to support the dragon.
But of course, those are the front limbs, so there is a possibility that the dragon is one who stands on only the back limbs. In that case, the fingers here would be fine for grabbing and holding on to damsels in distress and tasty sheep. Yumm.
