Your own art only:
Do not upload art that is not your own or upload photographs of yourself. The only reason to use the upload feature would be to load lineart that you intend to color using the oekaki program.
No Foul Language:
No prolific swearing in your comments or in your images. NDA is an all-ages site.
No images above PG-13:
No images that display genetalia or excessive gore may be posted to this oekaki. NeonDragonArt.com is a work-safe, all-ages site and this policy extends to its user submitted content as well. Bare breasts and nudes that do not expose the genetalia, or nudes that are built like Barbie and Ken are fine. Images of violence that could fall under a "PG-13" rating are fine: Ie: Blood is okay, but if you're getting into exposed organs and graphic dismemberment, you may want to choose a different board to post your images to.
Upload to the correct board:
After creating an image you are given a choice of what board to upload to. Choose the correct board based upon time, effort, and intent of image.
Discussion "Text" Images:
Do not create artwork that is purely text intended to start a discussion thread. If you need a discussion thread, start one on the forums, not the oekaki. The exceptions to this rule are posting contests to the contest board, or posting a text image because your oekaki submitted incorrectly and you want to link to the actual escrow artwork via the comment next to it.

Comment!
This is not so much a rule as a courtesy. You recieve what you give. Please comment on the work of others. They put a lot of time into their work and deserve to hear what you think about it!
Play nice or don't play at all:
There's a lot of people on the oekaki boards. This can create confusion and a lot of emotional misunderstandings if left unattended. Do not harass other users. There is a difference between criticism that is constructive and a pure insult; KNOW the difference. Insults are never okay.
An example of a contructive crit: The head on your figure is a touch too large for the body. You may want to watch for that in future images, as having good proportions will definitely improve your artwork.
An example of an insult: This looks awful.
The former is intended to instruct and offer helpful suggestions. The latter contains no useful information and can have no intention but to upset the artist.
